How to reach us
For most questions, the fastest path is to send us an email at hello@transparentcraft.example. We read every message, but we may take a few business days to reply because we are a small editorial team and we triage carefully. If your message is about a copyright concern or a request to remove an asset, please mention that explicitly in the subject line so we can route it to the right person.
What to include in your message
If you're reporting a broken page or a missing icon, please include the URL of the page you were looking at, a brief description of what you expected to find, and a screenshot if possible. The more context you give us, the faster we can fix the issue.
If you're requesting attribution for an OpenMoji icon you contributed, please include the icon's name or hexcode reference, the URL of the matching page on this site, and the name and link you would like us to credit. We will gladly update the page to include the contributor's name once we've verified the request.
Bulk usage and partnerships
If you're a publisher, agency, or product team that needs to use a large number of icons in a structured way, please reach out and we'll do our best to point you toward the most efficient solution. The underlying OpenMoji dataset is freely available and is much better suited to programmatic consumption than this site is — we can help you set up an integration that respects the original license.
Feedback
We are continuously improving the library and the site. If you have a suggestion — a category that should exist, a tag that should be merged, or a description that's misleading — please send it our way. The site is intentionally small enough that thoughtful feedback can directly shape the next iteration.
