All categories

Every transparent PNG icon in the TransparentCraft library belongs to a category — a coherent visual family of icons that share style, scale, and purpose. Browse the full list below or use the search box to jump directly to a specific concept.

How categories work

TransparentCraft categories are derived from the source dataset's natural groupings — broad domains like nature, travel, objects, and symbols — and refined to make sense for product teams. Every category page displays the icons it contains, links out to related categories, and surfaces the most popular tags so you can pivot sideways into adjacent material.

If you are building a design system, the category structure is a useful seed for your own internal taxonomy. We expose stable URLs for every category and tag, so you can reference them from a Notion page, a Storybook entry, a Figma library, or an internal wiki without worrying about future link rot. If you need a category that doesn't exist yet, the fastest path is to search for the closest concept and follow the related-tag links from any matching icon page.

Each category includes a long-form description that explains what kind of icon belongs in the family, what it pairs well with, and which adjacent categories you should look at if the closest match is just slightly off. The descriptions are deliberately written for humans, not for search engines — if a category description doesn't help you make a real design decision, please send us a note via the contact page.
